Currywurst is a fast food dish of German origin. Currywurst is a all pork sausage consisting of pork and spices with the main spice being curry powder for a punch of curry flavor. Currywurst is usually served with curry ketchup, a sauce based on spiced ketchup or tomato paste topped with curry powder, or a ready-made ketchup seasoned with curry and other spices. These are fresh sausages, so they will need to be cooked before consuming. A member of the bratwurst family, cook them just as you would your favorite bratwurst sausage.
Quick Curry Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Tomato Ketchup
- 4 teaspoons of Curry Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Paprika
- 2 teaspoons of Worchester Sauce
- 2 teaspoons of Honey
- 1 teaspoons of Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Water
Instructions
