Collection: Cheese (Sorry currently unavailable)
Our cheese is cold smoked for 4 hours with Cherry wood, cooled overnight in the refrigerator, then vacuum sealed and stored in the refrigerator for at least a week so the cheese will mellow. Our current selections include Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Swiss, and Colby Jack. If you have a special cheese you would like to smoke, just drop us a line under the Custom Order tab.
