Our brisket have been seasoned by hand in the good old Texas fashion with only salt and pepper to allow the pure meat flavor to shine through. Our briskets are smoked low and slow over Post Oak and Pecan for 14 to 16 hours so they become tender and flavorful. Choose between the flat, point, or chef's cut. The point is moist and juicy, and the flat is lean and great for slicing.
