A full rack of St Louis Cut spare ribs that are hand seasoned and rubbed with a simple dry rub then smoked low and slow over a combination of Hickory and Cherry woods for that sweet smoky flavor. Each individual rack measures between 8 to 10 inches long and weighs about 2.5 pounds when done. With or without sauce, these ribs are smokin good.
